1. Who we are

ShopAscension ("ShopAscension", "we", "us") operates this website and the 16-Week Accelerator Program marketed on it. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site, request a quote, book a call or become a client, and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following:

• Information you give us directly. Name, email, phone, shop name and your answers to our quiz or application forms.
• Booking information. When you schedule a call through our booking page, we receive your name, email and the time you selected from our scheduling provider, Cal.com.
• Usage information. Pages visited, referring source and general device and browser information, collected automatically through standard web server and hosting logs.

3. How we use it

We use this information to respond to your quote request, schedule and conduct calls, run the 16-Week Accelerator Program if you become a client and improve this website. We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. Where it's stored

Form submissions and booking details are stored in our customer relationship management system, hosted by Notion. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both providers may process data outside your country.

5. Bot protection

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated spam and abuse. Turnstile runs an invisible check in your browser and does not display a puzzle to most visitors. Turnstile may process limited technical and device signals needed to tell a human visitor from a bot. This processing is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum, in addition to Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

6. Cookies and similar technology

We use a minimal set of cookies and browser storage needed to operate the site: carrying your name and email from our quiz or pop-up form into our booking page, and the technical signals Cloudflare Turnstile sets to complete its bot check. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

7. Third-party services

We rely on the following providers to run this site and our business, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy: Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Notion (CRM), Cal.com (scheduling) and YouTube (video hosting for case study and testimonial content, which may set its own cookies when you play an embedded video).

8. Messaging and consent

If you provide your phone number or email, we may contact you about your quote request or booking. We follow CASL in Canada and the TCPA in the United States for any text or email outreach, and you can ask to stop contact at any time.

9. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, subject to records we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons. Contact us using the details in section 11 to make a request.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
